We will ask that as you park, if possible, keep a spot empty between you and other arriving families. We will allow parents to enter the stadium at 7:15 pm. Feel free to wait in your air-conditioned vehicle until the gates open. All audience members will be seated in the home bleachers and absolutely no one, other than graduates or staff, will be permitted on the field.

We will open the main gates and the gates on the other side of the home stands from the main gate so that there will be less chance of crowding. We will have markers on the ground to help you observe safe distancing. All audience members must be wearing a mask in order to be admitted to the stadium. In the stands we will have designated areas for family groups to sit while maintaining safe distances for other family groups. Failure to respect these designated distances will result in folks being asked to leave in order to protect everyone. Security Forces will be providing support for the school.

We ask you to consider bringing bottled water as we will be outdoors and even though the sun will be going down, Texas is hot! We will be providing graduates water bottles.

At the conclusion of the ceremony we will ask that folks exit the stadium, still maintaining appropriate distancing. We will announce the exit order at the conclusion of the ceremony to help keep the exit organized. There can be no gathering for post graduation pictures or conversations on school property on the evening of the ceremony. We will exit graduates from a side exit and ask they leave immediately. We will not allow them to re-enter the stadium after graduation.

We will have a professional photographer on hand to take pictures for you during the ceremony if you are not happy with the zoom on your camera. School officials will not be shaking hands or giving hugs like we want to, but know we are so very proud of our resilient Class of 2020.
