Randolph Field Independent School District

Student Survey Opt Out Information

One of the goals of RFISD is to be responsive to the social-emotional needs of our students. In order to collect some valuable information that will help us as we plan for future activities and support, we are asking that all students and teachers complete a survey. Information contained in these surveys will not be shared with any other organizations or persons and will strictly be used by the district and campuses to help us better serve our school community. Furthermore, this information will not be used on an individual student level but to identify general ways that we can support our students across the campuses and district.

The following links will take you to demonstration copies of each of the student surveys that will be conducted.

If you are unable to open the links above, the URLs for each survey are given below as well:

*Please note that teachers in grades K-2 will complete a very short 5 question assessment for each student in their class. Students at these grade levels will not be asked to complete a survey themselves. If you would like to see a copy of the 5 questions for grades K-2 students, please contact Susan Bendele at and I will be happy to share those with you.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey or would prefer that your student not participate, please contact Susan Bendele as soon as possible at or 210-357-2300.
