Superintendent
Randolph Field ISD Superintendent, Dr. Brian Holt, began his career in education twenty-two years ago and hasn’t missed a year of school since he started kindergarten!
After receiving his Bachelor of Science from West Texas A&M University, Dr. Holt began teaching Inorganic Chemistry at WTAMU and later became a high school science teacher and coach. He eventually obtained his Master of Education in Instructional Technology from West Texas A & M University and his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from Tarleton State University.
Before becoming the Superintendent of RFISD in the spring of 2020, Dr. Holt served as a campus principal, an adjunct college instructor, and, most recently, as the Superintendent of Booker ISD.
Dr. Holt’s favorite part about working at Randolph is the community and the people in it. He feels that he was called to the field of education, and he is most proud of the fact that he gets to serve as the Superintendent of RFISD.
When he's not at work, Dr. Holt enjoys spending time outdoors, adventuring with his wife, and supporting his children in their various activities.
