The 2016-2017 New Student Transfer Applications are available for download now. We will start accepting the 2016-2017 New Student Transfer Applications May 2, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. either by fax or email. Instructions and procedures will be included in the 2016-2017 packet.
Forms for 2015-2016 are now available for download. 2015-2016 transfer applications will be accepted by fax (210) 357-2469 or e-mail email@example.com starting at 8:00 a.m. April 15, 2015. Applications may also be sent by mail to P.O. Box 2217, Universal City, TX 78148.
Beginning at 8 a.m. April 16, 2015, applications may also be dropped off in person at the Superintendent's office (office closes at 4:00 p.m. each day).
