Impact Aid Surveys to go home on November 15, 2022

The District uses DocuSign services for each Impact Aid survey form.  DocuSign will email the form directly to one parent to review and sign.  The email will come from [email protected]. The form will be completely filled out in advance for you.  We ask that you review the form and if you have any changes that need to be made, please contact the person listed on the email.  The emails will come from Lorrie Remick ([email protected]) or Cheryl Witherell ([email protected]).  We must have a form filled out for each individual student registered here at Randolph Field ISD, per U.S. Department of Education guidelines.  Please take time to carefully review the survey form.  If you are in agreement sign the DocuSign form where it tells you to.  DocuSign will return the forms back to us and will send you a copy for your records.
