Randolph Elementary has seats available for non-resident transfer students at the following grade levels: Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 3, and Grade 5. If you are interested in submitting a transfer application for review, please CLICK HERE, or contact Matty Salinas at salinas@rfisd.net. Priority is given to active duty dependents, but all families who have access to the base are welcomed to submit an application. Once a student is accepted, priority placement is given to continuously enrolled active duty dependents in subsequent years. Please note, RFISD does not provide transportation to transfer students to and from school.
