Welcome to the New School Year!
Remember that signing your benefit summary is required even if you do not have insurance coverage or have no changes to make to your current coverage. First Financial has improved the process to make it as painless and quick as possible. Open enrollment will be from 8/4/2025 through 8/15/2025.

Once you have reviewed your option, please move to the 3rd tab on the top ribbon (How to Enroll – Online & Onsite). Review the Enroll Online instructions and scroll down to the red Enroll Now button located at the bottom of the screen Your pin number is the last four digits of your social and your full 8 digit birth date. (example: 123401012025)
Once you have confirmed and approved your elections you will receive an email verification from ffga benefits.com.
Along with the usual benefits, First Financial will be offering a new product this open enrollment. It is called Critical Illness, and it is provided through Aflac. It is completely voluntary, so only those that are interested can sign up. Just another value-added option. It is a very popular product, and it is simple. If you are diagnosed with any of the “critical illnesses”, Aflac pays you directly - up to $50,000. Attached are some details.
Thomas Marroquin will be available on August 12th at the Elementary campus from 7:30-11:30 and at the Secondary Campus from 12:00 – 4:00 to answer any insurance questions you may have. All NEW employees are encouraged to come by during those times to review your insurance choices.
